1WISDOM is an independent media and field-research platform for people who refuse to outsource their thinking. No ads. No sponsors with agendas. No investors leaning on coverage decisions. Readers fund the work, which means readers are the only audience the work has to answer to.
The questions are old: what's happening to our bodies, our children, our attention, our species. Who benefits. Who decides. What's true, what's propaganda, and what's the gap between them. We treat those questions as if grown adults can handle real answers — including the uncomfortable ones, the ones that don't fit our priors, and the ones we'd rather not know.

- Not anti-science — pro real science, including the parts that contradict consensus.

Who runs this
1WISDOM was founded by Chase Neel and is published through 1WISDOM Research Lab — the editorial side of the project, where investigations, Pattern issues, and source-trail work carry the byline. The project is independent and intentionally low-profile. The contributors prefer to let the work speak — we don't want a personality brand, and we don't want our readers' trust to depend on knowing our faces. Source claims are linked. Claim strength is labeled where it matters. When we're wrong, we update on the page, with a date and a note. The apps are built in collaboration with Rise Studio Labs, an independent design and engineering studio. Their relationship to 1WISDOM is product-only — editorial and product are deliberately kept separate so revenue from apps can't pressure coverage decisions.
How we work
