Optimise your drinking water by removing contaminants and restoring minerals.
- Choose filtration:
- Carbon filters remove chlorine, certain pesticides and improve taste.
- Reverse osmosis (RO) removes fluoride, heavy metals and most contaminants.
- Gravity‑fed filters (e.g., Berkey) provide effective countertop solutions without electricity.
- Avoid plastic: Store water in glass or stainless‑steel containers to prevent leaching of chemicals.
- Add minerals: After purification, add trace mineral drops or a pinch of Himalayan or sea salt to each litre to restore electrolytes.
- Structure & energise (optional): Store water in clear glass jars in sunlight or near crystals to alter its structure.
- Regular maintenance: Replace filters according to manufacturer recommendations and clean containers regularly.
Note: Test your local water to determine specific contaminants and tailor your filtration accordingly.
